A Common Good: Democratic Futures for People + Planet

Join Tim Hollo, Executive Director of the Green Institute, and Professor Stuart Rees, Council for Social Justice, Syd. Uni, in a discussion about the importance of changing the system to a focus on the common good, “grounded in the principles of ecology, social justice, democracy, non-violence, sustainability and respect for diversity.”

This will be an important opportunity to discuss conceptions of ecological democracy – what it means, what it can be, and how it can be a radical, attractive and effective solution to the global crisis of democracy.
